In 2027, the global snowsports education community will gather in Vail, Colorado for the next edition of Interski — the world’s premier event for ski and snowboard educators and stakeholders. PSIA-AASI is proud to host the return of Interski to North America for the first time in more than five decades, taking place in one of the most iconic mountain destinations in the world.
From April 4-9, 2027, thousands of participants from more than 25 nations will come together to share knowledge, explore new approaches, and celebrate the craft of teaching snowsports. On-snow demonstrations, educational sessions, cultural exchanges, and industry showcases will shape a dynamic and inspiring program.
Registration is open April 6, 2026, through March 5, 2027.
Please thoroughly explore the Interski website to understand the event and your engagement opportunities; the event has some differences compared to Interski Levi 2023. The website also features an FAQ page to help answer your big questions. Keep reading here for a high-level overview.

What is Interski?
Interski is a global platform for innovation and collaboration in snowsports education. Rather than focusing on individual progression, Interski is designed to:
- Share teaching methodologies and technical approaches across countries
- Explore how education systems evolve
- Advance the profession at an international level
The 2027 theme—Innovate, Include, Inspire—reflects a focus on pushing the profession forward, expanding access, and strengthening the global snowsports community.
What You’ll Experience
Interski is as a mix of education, inspiration, and global perspective, taking place at a world-class ski resort and in a festival atmosphere. This is a rare opportunity to experience how different countries approach teaching. Attendees will get a full-spectrum, on- and off-snow professional experience, including:
- On-snow clinics and workshops
- Indoor education sessions and keynotes
- National team demonstrations
- Global networking and cultural exchange
- Social events and industry connection opportunities
Interski plays a unique role in shaping the future of snowsports instruction. It’s where new ideas are tested on a global stage, education systems evolve, and the profession aligns across countries. For PSIA-AASI members, it’s also a chance to engage directly with the international community and bring those insights back to U.S. schools, instructors, and students.

Who Should Attend?
Interski 2027 is designed for instructors across the profession with different experiences depending on your role and certification level.
The All-In pass is reserved for PSIA-AASI Level III–certified instructors. The Interski Congress is focused on advancing snowsports instruction at the highest institutional levels. Designed for educational leaders and national team members from associations around the world, the event emphasizes innovation, methodology, and the future of the profession, not personal skill development.
On-snow workshops require the ability to confidently ski or ride all terrain in all conditions, and session capacity is extremely limited. Level III instructors are best positioned to fully engage with the event’s advanced, high-level educational content and fast-paced on-snow sessions.
For all other members, Interski still offers a unique and inspiring experience, with access to national team demonstrations, keynote speaker, social events, and the global snowsports community. Whether you’re there to contribute at the highest level or to learn, connect, and be inspired, there’s a place for you at Interski!
