Wasatch Peaks Ranch (“WPR”) is a new private club community located in the Wasatch Mountains 30 minutes north of Salt Lake City. WPR is looking for a Mountain Sports School Director to join the team. This individual will lead the school in a positive, safe, and responsible manner. The Mountain Sports School Director will coordinate with the Membership, Member Services, and Outfitters teams for reservations, lessons, and training to achieve a flawless and exceptional ski/snowboard experience for our members, their families, and their guests. The Mountain Sports School Director must operate with discretion and diplomacy. The Mountain Sports School Director must ensure all instructors are properly trained, certified, and maintain ongoing education and credentials to negate risk and provide a first-class experience. The Mountain Sports School Director must recommend, configure, and maintain technology systems to meet booking and scheduling needs of the department, and do so with efficiency and professionalism.
