The Hermitage Club is a private, member-owned ski club located on Haystack Mountain in Southern Vermont. We provide a premier alpine experience defined by exceptional terrain, minimal lift lines, and a personalized, high-quality approach to skiing and riding. Our mission is to cultivate a lifelong passion for snowsports through excellence in instruction, coaching, and member experience.

The Hermitage Club is seeking passionate and dedicated Ski/Snowboard Instructors to join its Snowsports Team. This role shares a passion for skiing and snowboarding with Members and Guests while delivering high-quality instruction to individuals and groups. It fosters a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment that encourages growth and enthusiasm for snowsports. Whether new to teaching or experienced, Instructors play a vital role in supporting member engagement and inspiring a lifelong interest in skiing and snowboarding, with comprehensive training provided to support success.

Hourly pay range:   $18-60+/hour
