Compensation: DOE $22-$28 per hour
Position Summary
The Telluride Adaptive Sports Program (TASP) is actively hiring passionate and skilled adaptive ski/ride instructors to join our dedicated community of professionals to provide adaptive ski and snowboard experiences to a diverse demographic in the snowsports industry. Located on Telluride Ski Resort, Telluride Adaptive Sports is celebrating its 30th-year as a fully certified PSIA/AASI 501(c)(3) non-profit adaptive snowsports school. Come teach and slide on North America’s premier ski area, rated #1 for many years running.
Preferred qualifications include:
Must ski. Candidates who only snowboard should inquire with Ski and Ride Director before applying
Currently holding a minimum level 1 certification in alpine or snowboard instruction and Adaptive specific discipline(s) with PSIA/AASI or similar
Ability to commit to a full season (End of November start to Closing Day in early April)
Ability to commit to a set, full time (30+ hours) work schedule

Competitive pay based on experience ($22-$28/hr). Base pay starts at $22/ hour with opportunities for increase with certification level(s), documented teaching experience, etc.
