SUNDAY RIVER SNOWSPORTS SCHOOL DIRECTOR

The Sunday River Snowsports School Director will build a vibrant community fundamentally shaped around a culture of training excellence across all program areas. This visionary leader will develop a comprehensive annual training program that supports the diverse needs of Seasonal Programs, Daily Lessons, Private Instruction, and our partnership with Gould Academy’s competitive programs. They will prioritize creating an educational environment that inspires instructors to actively participate in their professional development and feel genuinely supported in their growth. While effectively managing the hiring and staffing demands of winter operations, the Director will focus on cultivating a training culture that makes instructors eager to be part of the Sunday River team. The ideal candidate will establish aspirational leadership pathways and collaborate across departments to ensure that education and instructor development remain at the heart of the Snowsports school’s identity, ultimately delivering an exceptional experience for both team members and guests.
