The Head Freeride Coach is responsible for oversight of the Solitude Freeride Team and Mountain Exploration Team programs. They will oversee a team of coaches to deliver high quality training and performance in IFSA (International Freeskiers & Snowboarders Association) competitions. An intimate knowledge of Freeride competitions and coaching principals are an essential part of the job. Our programs predominantly work with children ages 8 to 18 (U10 – U19) focused on freeride 1–3 star events. The right candidates will possess an organized work style, display enthusiasm and professionalism, and support team members to excel in their roles. This position requires exceptional communication skills, understanding of how to help athletes and parents establish seasonal goals, and the ability to design strategies to attain them.
