The Ski and Ride School Program Coordinator plays a vital leadership role in the planning, execution, and overall success of one or more of our multi-week children’s programs. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assigned program—from pre-season preparation and curriculum development to daily operations and end-of-season wrap-up. The Program Coordinator ensures that each session runs smoothly, safely, and aligned with the Ski and Ride School’s standards for quality instruction and guest service.
In addition to administrative and supervisory duties, the Program Coordinator may also teach lessons within their assigned program and provide on-hill support and mentorship to other coaches. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to lead by example in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
This is a seasonal position requiring a commitment of 30–40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Coordinators must be prepared to work up to 7 hours per day outdoors in varying and sometimes inclement weather conditions.
