Powder Mountain is a a one-of-a-kind, multi-season destination, nestled throughout 12,000 acres in the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah, that seamlessly blends outdoor art, exhilarating recreation, and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for an Experience and Programs Senior Manager to lead, and be accountable for, all parts of Ski & Snowboard School Programs, Camps and Activity offerings. This role will be responsible for designing exciting new experiences that move beyond traditional lessons to create unique clinics, camps, and specialized programs that cater to diverse interests and skill levels. This role will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and developing product opportunities that attract new guests and encourage repeat business, directly impacting the school’s bottom line. This position plays a key role in driving the Ski & Snowboard school as a leader in education and memorable guest experiences. All these elements contribute in a significant way to the overall quality of the guest and employee experience.
