Hiring is ongoing and looking for part-time or full-time instructors to join for the upcoming winter season.
Essential Functions:
· Instruct Group and Private lessons of varying abilities, covering all age groups.
· Make continued efforts to improve skiing/riding skills, teaching skills, and technical knowledge.
· Assist students with proper equipment use and techniques.
· Communicate effectively with your students, parents, staff, and the public.
· Follow the Responsibility Code and ensure guest safety on varied terrain.
· Participate in all required and additional training clinics.
· Setting up / tearing down of learning area, as assigned.
· Providing consistently friendly, fun, safe, caring, and compassionate guest experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Must be 16 years or older.
· PSIA/AASI Certifications and Children’s Accreditation/Credentials are preferred but not required.
· Ski or Snowboard instruction experience is preferred but not required.
· Ability to Ski or Snowboard at an intermediate level.
· Must have reliable winter transportation.
· Possess and maintain a high level of responsibility and reliability.
· Must have good, effective, and respectful communication skills in the workplace at all times.
· Excellent Customer service skills.
· Must be a team player.
· Pass a pre-employment background check.

Pay Scale: Sliding Scale Based on Certifications starting at $16.00 + Incentives (Groups and Privates)
