Join our team and help lead the Ski & Ride Center at Diamond Peak! We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic instructor to assist with operations, staff supervision, and guest experience for youth (7+) and adult ski/snowboard lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily Ski & Ride Center operations
Supervise and mentor instructors
Ensure fun, safe, and high-quality lessons
Promote exceptional guest service
Requirements:

Ages 18+
Mentor, train and develop staff with a variety of levels in a safe and positive manner
5+ years of ski or snowboard instruction experience (incl. 1 year in a lead/supervisory role)
PSIA/AASI Level I cert or equivalent (Level II/III preferred)
Affiliation with PSIA, AASI, or similar
Physical strength and stamina with a solid knowledge of teaching principles & techniques
