Join our team and help lead daily operations and staff supervision at the Child Ski Center for our 3-7 year old ski programs. Deliver exceptional guest service in a fun, safe and welcoming environment with low instructor-to-child ratios for private/group lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily Child Ski Center operations
Supervise, mentor and train instructors with a variety of levels in a safe and positive manner
Ensure fun, safe, and high-quality lessons
Promote exceptional guest service

Requirements:

Ages 18+
Mentor, train and develop staff with a variety of levels in a safe and positive manner
5+ years of ski or snowboard instruction experience (incl. 1 year in a lead/supervisory role)
PSIA/AASI Level I cert or equivalent
Affiliation with PSIA, AASI, or similar
Physical strength and stamina with a strong knowledge of child focused teaching techniques & principles
