We’re hiring instructors for the 2026 season at Blue Angels, a weekend ski and snowboard program that creates fun, safe, and skill-building experiences for youth ages 7–16. Our five-weekend program fosters confidence, personal growth, and lifelong love of snow sports in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

We’re looking for passionate skiers and riders to join our team of mentors and role models. No teaching experience required—we provide training!

Position Details:

• Teach skiing or snowboarding to kids in small, level-based groups
• Lead with positivity, patience, and clear communication
• Support students with gear, lift loading/unloading, and group logistics
• Help with day-to-day program flow (gear checks, group changes, cleanup)
• Ensure all students return safely to their buses at the end of the day

Requirements:

• Must love working with youth and being outdoors
• Strong skier or snowboarder (intermediate to advanced level)
• 18 years or older and out of high school
• Available all 5 program days: January 24, 31, February 7, 21 & 28
• Must attend both training days: December 14 and January 11
• Background check and online safety trainings required

Bonus Qualifications:

• PSIA-AASI certifications (not required but encouraged)
• Prior coaching or teaching experience
• Passion for mentorship and positive impact
