From the Birth of the American Teaching System to the Global Future of Snowsports Instruction

For more than half a century, Interski has provided PSIA-AASI with a stage on which to introduce breakthroughs – such as the landmark Skills Concept, which focused on the fundamentals of pressure control, edging, and rotary movements. Interski also let us fine tune America’s ongoing focus on “student-centered teaching,” which puts the emphasis of each lesson on the students’ experience and what motivates their learning.
