Regional Contacts & Process

The links below take you directly to each region’s complaint process. Each region is a separate business entity and maintains its own contact mechanism, policies, and procedures for reviewing and responding to incident reports.

National Contact & Process

To submit a report, email MemberServices@thesnowpros.org.

Reports submitted to Member Services are reviewed by the national office Operations Director and routed to the appropriate organizational leaders for follow-up, investigation, and outreach, as appropriate.

Concerns may include, but are not limited to, violations of the Code of Conduct, harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or other actions inconsistent with PSIA-AASI standards.

At this time, PSIA-AASI does not offer an anonymous reporting option. PSIA-AASI takes member confidentiality seriously, and endeavors to protect all parties in a complaint from adverse disclosure. Confidentiality is not guaranteed. Reports require contact information so that we can follow up, gather additional details if needed, and respond appropriately. Reports are handled as confidentially as possible and shared only with individuals who need the information to review and address the concern.

Retaliation against individuals who submit reports in good faith is not tolerated.

PSIA-AASI is actively working to implement a more streamlined and user-friendly reporting tool in conjunction with our regional partners.
