Ever remember the first time you linked a turn, or landed that first little jump? That feeling — the grin, the confidence, the “I can’t believe I just did that” — is what Blue Angel Snow is all about. We’re looking for instructors who want to be the reason a kid falls in love with the mountain.

Blue Angel Snow has been getting Southern California kids outdoors and onto the slopes since 1992. Over five consecutive Saturdays, we run ski and snowboard camps that teach fundamental skills to every level — from first-timers who’ve never clipped into a binding to kids ready to push into steeper terrain — all in an environment that’s fun, supportive, and refreshingly non-competitive. No trophies, no pressure. Just progress, laughter, and a whole lot of snow.

Our instructors are the heart of the program. You’ll spend your Saturdays teaching, laughing, high-fiving, and cheering on a group of kids who are counting on you to make their day amazing — all while keeping safety front and center. If you’ve ever wanted to pass along your love of the mountain to the next generation, this is that job.
