Boston Ski + Tennis is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Ski and/or Snowboard Simulator Coaches to deliver engaging and effective training experiences using our SkyTech Sport Simulator. This role combines instruction, customer service, and sports performance coaching to help guests of all ages and ability levels improve their skiing and snowboarding skills in a safe, fun, and technology-driven environment. Whether working with first-time riders, recreational enthusiasts, or experienced athletes, our coaches create a welcoming atmosphere while guiding guests through structured simulator training programs focused on balance, edging, pressure control, movement patterns, and overall snow sports performance.
