Bluerun is an indoor ski and snowboard training facility in New Jersey. As a PSIA-AASI member school, we provide year-round certified instruction using rotating slope simulators and SkyTech performance technology.

Position

Guest Instructor — Revenue Share Program | Spring & Off-Season (April – October) | Flexible Schedule

Job Description

We are seeking certified PSIA or AASI instructors to join Bluerun during the off-season on a flexible, revenue-share basis. Instructors are expected to bring their own established client base. Bluerun does not provide clients. You set your own schedule and earn on every session you book at our facility.

Requirements

• Current PSIA Alpine or AASI certification — Level 1, 2, or 3
• Minimum 2 seasons of instructing experience
• Strong intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding ability
• Minimum availability of 4 sessions per month
• An established client base from mountain or training work — this is a requirement, not a preference

Compensation
