We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Snowsports Director to lead our ski and snowboard school operations. This director-level role oversees all lesson programs, instructor scheduling, training, and development while ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, fun, and educational on-snow experience. The Snowsports Director will coordinate large-scale programs such as Learn to Ski & Ride and WOW, mentor instructors toward PSIA/AASI certification, and manage sales, staffing, and customer service with professionalism.
