Copper Mountain
Copper Mountain is called the “Athletes Mountain” for a reason. Copper features 2,538 acres, 157 trails, and 24 lifts with a summit at 12,441 feet. This season, it is home to the Stifel Copper Cup, featuring World Cup alpine ski racing for both men and women in November 2025. Copper Mountain is easily accessible from Denver International Airport and offers a wide range of accommodations and dining options for most budgets.
Mt. Bachelor
Mt. Bachelor Nordic Center in Bend, Oregon, is home to the longest groomed Nordic season in the U.S. and incredible spring skiing. The ski area features 56km of groomed trails, 95 percent of which are intermediate-advanced. With over 400 inches of annual snowfall per season and an elevation above 6,000 feet, we are hopeful for great conditions.
Why attend a National Academy event?
National Academy is a full week of intensive, on-snow workshops where you will get one-on-one coaching from members of the PSIA-AASI National Team in small group settings. It’s essentially three to five days of private lessons from the world’s best instructors. You will leave the week stoked, confident, inspired, and tired (in the best way possible).
Each morning, you’ll be sorted into groups by skill level and desired learning outcomes and spend several hours on snow getting personalized attention. Want to work on your terrain park skills? High speed carving on steeps? Need an introduction to bumps? Trying to gain speed by perfecting your V2 alternate? The National Team is ready to offer you the kind of growth you can’t get from a single clinic or one-day event.
We’re also excited to welcome several PSIA-AASI Official Suppliers, who will be there so you can check out and demo the latest skis, boards, boots, poles, and other equipment. The week is rounded out by our national award ceremony, educational classroom sessions, a closing night dinner party, and updates from PSIA-AASI leadership on the future of the organization.
Registration opens October 1, 2025.
