Job Title: Ski & Snowboard School Snowboard Training Coordinator

Wage Range: $15.50 to $25.50 DOE; starting wage is 90% to 110% of NSAA annual wage survey data

The Snowboard Training Coordinator will coordinate instructor training programs with Training Supervisor with primary focus on snowboard discipline. Snowboard Training Coordinator will be assisting with, but not limited to, the following: pre-season new instructor training scheduling; recruiting and tracking pre-training tasks like E-Learning courses and registering to attend on-snow training; helping to develop, run and lead new and returning instructor training in December; conducting and/or coordinating a 30-day check in and ride-along for rookie instructors; conducting and/or coordinating ride-along sessions for returning instructors to evaluate teaching and riding performances; coordinating discipline specific cross training to maximize utilization of full time instructors; coordinating Point of Sale, Setup/Tear Down, Rental Center Tech Certification and Training for full time instructors; assist with the scheduling of both voluntary and paid training clinics for skiing, riding and teaching improvement; working with the Training Supervisor to help grow and evolve the department training programs. The Snowboard Training Coordinator also instructs lessons or leads training when not specifically coordinating training.
