Rental Shop Supervisor / Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a full-time seasonal Rental Shop Supervisor. Duties include but are not limited to: Managing the daily operations of the rental shop by hiring, training and supervising staff; developing and implementing budgets for the rental shop, working with the Director of Snowsports on products and lesson offerings; monitoring and participating in daily operations of rental shop; assure quality guest service. Must be customer service oriented and able to handle high volume transactions in a friendly and efficient manner. Competitive industry wage & employee benefits.
