PSIA-AASI's Learning Connection model serves as the foundational framework for training and qualifying exceptional snowsports teaching professionals. The balance of people, teaching and technical skills are used to build the national standards based on learning outcomes. A learning outcome is defined as what is to be achieved upon successful completion of a PSIA-AASI certification assessment. Jeb will walk you through the framework, how to use the assessment tools, and gain training insight from the standards and performance guides. Learn more about the criteria as you work on professional development and hone your skillsets.
