Course Description:

In this episode, Stacey welcomes Kathleen Brennan, CEO, Professional Ski Instructors of America and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors, Eastern Region (PSIA-AASI E). Kathy was selected as CEO for PSIA-AASI E in October 2021. This dream job is the culmination of a lifelong passion for snowsports and a dedication to helping students become as passionate about the sport as she is. As a 30-year member of PSIA-AASI E, Kathy has worked at various resorts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and as an assessor and Development Team coach for PSIA-AASI E. Most recently she was the technical director at Waterville Valley, where she still works part time as a trainer and instructor. During the off season, Kathy was the chief information officer and services director for the Whale's Tale Waterpark and Alpine Adventures, a zipline/off-road tour company. Earlier in her career, she worked in financial services and as a consultant helping organizations define and implement new systems and processes.
