Course Description:

This interactive closing session will recap highlights from the sessions on staffing and training and is an opportunity to network with colleagues. Come equipped with thoughts and questions about implementing strategies or modifying them to meet the needs of your staff. Participants will join breakout rooms in which facilitated conversation will provide the opportunity for discussion, clarification, and collaboration, as we all prepare for the season ahead. Learning Outcomes: Participants will engage in meaningful dialogue with a group of colleagues and peers to begin planning actionable learning outcomes for their staffs moving into and through the 2023-24 winter season.
