Participants will learn multiple exercises for developing core stability, agility, balance, and strength specific to skiing. These exercises can be practiced throughout the fall to develop ski-specific movement patterns. High- and low-impact options will be provided. Attendees are expected to actively participate in the workout in real time, so they should view this webinar in their home gym or at their commercial or private gym. To take part in the training session, participants will need several pieces of equipment: stationary bike, treadmill or rowing machine, three sets of dumbbells of different weights, physio ball, and stopwatch. A document with the routine will be provided.
