Course Description:

Take a deep dive into PSIA-AASI's education resources with an eye on staff development. Regardless of the goals of individuals on your team, the Learning Connection Model is one-stop shopping for designing proactive training programs, evaluating existing instructor skill sets, and planning professional development pathways. Panelists will discuss practical applications of fundamentals and performance guides so you can support and get the most out of your pros. Learning Outcomes: Participants will consider referencing specific Learning Outcomes (LOs) and Assessment Criteria (ACs) from the PSIA-AASI Performance Guides when developing training experiences optimized for individual staff members, assessing instructor motivations and performance, and collaborating with staff when establishing individualized professional development plans.
