Course Description:

Welcome to Tuesday Tea Talks with Stacey Gerrish. These monthly interactive webinars (Zoom Meeting style) will feature special guests in the snowsports industry and are hosted by PSIA-AASI.

In this episode, Stacey welcomes Vanessa Mann. Vanessa is the General Secretary of the Board of the International Association of Education in Science and Snowsports (IAESS) and is a lecturer in the Department of Sport Science at the University of Giessen. Her areas of research are in the field of exercise sciences in strength and endurance training. As a Level III ski instructor, she trains aspiring Master of Education students in skiing, spreading her love for the sport and the great outdoors and supporting them to become ski instructors themselves. She also serves as an advisor for the Erasmus+ Project SKI EASY, developing curriculum and fostering collaboration between the nations involved.
