Course Description:

In this 90-minute webinar, the SKI PT, Greg Louie, joins us again to talk about the importance of mid-season conditioning to maintain fitness and help you get the most out of your days on the ski hill. During his time as a volunteer with the U.S. Ski Team, he's observed how not keeping up with a ski conditioning program affects performance and increases risk of injury. During this webinar, he'll talk about common overuse injuries and what you can do about them. Additionally, he'll cover the principles of in-season training, especially for those of you who are on the ski hill multiple days a week.

About the Speaker:

Greg Louie, PT, DPT, COMT, FAAOMPT, is a physical therapist who works exclusively with skiers to get them back on the hill at or beyond their pre-injury ski level. He also volunteers with the U.S. Olympic Alpine Ski Team.

What Other People Are Saying About Greg's Course:

"The Ski PT / Greg has been fantastic to help me after a skiing injury. He has provided valuable advice from finding a surgeon to post surgery PT to get my bend and bounce back. I'm looking forward to working with Greg during my recovery journey, so that I can ski big mountains again in the future."--Jennie Milton

"Greg's a wealth of knowledge about how to train, recover, and prepare! If you're a skier, he should be your go-to guy for advice."--Rob Narayana
