Course Description:


This course is all about maximizing your abilities and takes your skills as a manager and leader further! The tools and opportunities you'll learn are presented in two, 2.5 hour sessions. Both are offered in-person, in a zoom/virtual format. Our format is experiential and builds on all you've learned to date. Together we'll explore your questions as well as the why and how-to of choiceful facilitation! Facilitated by Rudy Miick.
