Motor Skill Learning and Acquisition is a brief webinar aimed toward ski instructors interested in taking a critical look at how we understand learning, provide meaningful instruction, facilitate thoughtful practice, and deliver feedback effectively. How do I best structure my time on the hill to see the biggest change in my skiing? How could I structure my lessons to help my students ride their first chair or get out of the "intermediate rut"? In this presentation, Dr. Joe Kagan, PT, DPT, CSCS, will transfer this 1-hour rant on the side of the hill to the comfort of a Zoom meeting. Joe is a licensed physical therapist in Aspen, CO, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and an Alpine Examiner in Central and Rocky Mountain Divisions. He specializes in training movement analysis and M.A./Tech module assessment preparation.
