PSIA-AASI Welcomes Fischer Sports as Official Supplier
PSIA-AASI welcomes Fischer Sports as an Official Supplier, providing hardworking professional ski instructors with pro pricing on the brand’s innovative alpine skis and boots as well as its extensive offering of cross country skiing gear.
“It’s an honor to have Fischer Sports as an official supplier,” said PSIA-AASI Director of Education & Credentialing Dave Schuiling. “The quality of their products, specifically for experienced and advanced alpine and cross country skiers, will help our members do what they do best, which is focusing on growing participation in the sport for students across the country.”
When asked why Fischer is excited to partner with PSIA-AASI, Fischer Sports Marketing Director Brian Landrigan said, “At Fischer we believe access to the sport of skiing will only benefit our business and the industry as a whole. Working with an organization like PSIA, which has the same goals to share the sport of skiing, directly aligns with our goals of improving access to the sport. Additionally, we are very excited to provide easier access to Fischer’s skis, boots, and bindings to PSIA’s membership.”
Landrigan added, “We know that ski Instructors and professionals are putting ski gear through the ringer, and we’re excited to be able to gain product feedback from some of the most hardcore users in the industry. On the flip side, we are excited to also learn how our products can better interface with beginners. As a brand that is also manufacturing its own ski equipment, we look forward to working alongside PSIA to develop products for the most hardcore users, as well as those just starting out in the sport.”
Fischer has been making high-performance skis for more than 100 years. All the technology you’ll find in Fischer products is proven first at the World Cup level before trickling down into every product the brand makes. Fischer and One Way Poles currently have a partnership with PSIA-AASI Distinguished Service Award winner and Olympic Gold Medalist Deb Armstrong. Last year, Fischer also provided skis, boots, and One Way poles to JEDI Scholarship winners.
Here are two products for the 2024-25 ski season Fischer recommends specifically for PSIA-AASI members.
