Take the Mindful Movement Yoga Webinar with Tara Seymour

Take you offseason to the next level with the PSIA-AASI Summer Series webinar Mindful Movement Yoga with Tara Seymour.

Scheduled for Friday, June 2, 2023 from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm MT this fun and ongoing summer series will help you refresh your mind and body for the next snow season.

Tara will run this 60-minute session, a mindful movement introductory class. All levels are welcome. Be prepared for some physical movement, guided meditation, and body awareness.

The movements are linked with the breath to create conscious awareness within. Tara’s classes will guide you through breath work, a vinyasa flow practice, and some time to reflect or meditate. If you have them, you will need a yoga mat, a block or two, or a small couch cushion can also work.

The mind, body, and heart will all reside in equal parts. Many times in life, our mind takes over, and these classes are designed to help facilitate your body and heart to share the space with the mind. As you begin to listen more to your body and less to your mind, the barriers around your heart will dissolve. See you on the mat.
