Event Sessions

Keynote: Body Language – Connecting With What Moves You (Feb. 1) Language is one of the most powerful tools instructors and coaches possess, and we carefully consider how to communicate through words to help each guest or athlete move their body for optimal on-snow performance. But another form of communication gets less attention; how the body speaks through sensations that inform the mind. Our job is to eloquently speak the languages of the mind-body and body-mind. This keynote will weave personal storytelling, applied communication strategies, and tactics for engaging body-mind practices to capture the essence of language: connection.
