Spot Insurance Adds Event-Specific Coverage this Season

Spot Insurance is now offering PSIA-AASI members event-specific coverage.

For an annual policy of $135, you can already purchase insurance coverage for any time you ski, snowboard, or mountain bike, whether for fun or work.

If you have Spot Insurance coverage and get hurt while participating in covered activities, Spot’s policy can cover up to $25,00 of your out-of-pocket medical bills, with a $0 deductible. Coverage works whether you have health insurance or not, and coordinates with any existing health plan you have.

New this year, Spot is offering event-specific insurance on select regional and national events for $10.50 per day. Just like Spot’s annual coverage, the event-specific policy pays up to $25,000 of your medical bills, with a $0 deductible.

For only $10.50 a day you’re covered while skiing, snowboarding, or mountain biking at your event — no matter if you have health insurance or not.
