Skiing From the Snow Up

A webinar on techniques, tactics, and biomechanics with Ron Lemaster. This three-session webinar goes deep into the analysis of efficient and effective skiing. Themes and objectives of the course include: how skiing works, the movements we make to make it happen, how we stand on our skis and in our boots for maximum effectiveness, and situation-specific tactics and techniques.
