PSIA-AASI Announces Lauren Foster as the New Director of Member Services and Administration

The Professional Ski Instructors of America and American Association of Snowboard Instructors is excited to announce Lauren Foster is serving as Director of Member Services and Administration.

In her new role, Foster will manage PSIA-AASI’s member services center and member-facing events, such as Fall Conference and National Academy. The Director of Member Services and Administration is a new position that is part of the senior management team.

“I am pleased to announce Lauren Foster has accepted this new position, where she will continue to enhance the experience we provide to our members by running the daily operations of the office and managing all national events for members,” said Nicholas Herrin, PSIA-AASI CEO. “Lauren has been with PSIA-AASI for four years, and we’re all very pleased to have her join our senior leadership team.”

Foster previously worked as PSIA-AASI’s Manager of Member Services where she oversaw the member services team and collaborated with divisions and the national staff to ensure members received the tools needed to advance their snowsports careers. She also assisted with warehouse duties, the catalog, and product decisions, to give members the resources to help them inspire lifelong adventure through education.

“I am thrilled and honored to join the senior leadership team here at PSIA-AASI, where I can continue to support members to grow both personally and professionally in their snowsports careers,” said Foster. “It’s great being part of an organization that helps inspire and grow participation in skiing and snowboarding  – two sports that are so much fun everyone should get to enjoy them!”

She said that working with members, division staff, and the national staff has been a rewarding experience. “Especially learning about how the organization comes together to create invaluable resources for our membership and the public. Thank you for this opportunity!”
