\nRoller skiing is one of the most effective ways to develop the technique, fitness, and confidence needed for cross-country skiing for off-snow or off-season training. Whether you are new to roller skiing or looking to refine your skills, this clinic will focus on efficient movement patterns, balance, propulsion, in addition to terrain management for a safe and supportive experience.  Participants will receive individualized coaching and leave with strategies for incorporating roller skiing into their year-round training, including guidance for both technique and fitness development.
