Any gifted amount over the member's renewal or reinstatement invoice amount will be rolled into the Western Education Foundation to support event scholarships for the 20/21 season. Funds can not be credited to a member's account for events, future season's membership dues, products, etc. Refunds will not be granted for gifts and/or donations.
