The Head Alpine Race Coach is responsible for oversight of the Solitude Race Teams and Jr. Development Team programs. They will oversee a team of coaches and competition crew members to deliver high quality training and performance in USSA competitions. Our programs predominantly work with children ages 6 to 17 (U8 – U18) in the disciplines of Slalom and Giant Slalom. The right candidates will possess an organized work style, display enthusiasm and professionalism, and support team members to excel in their roles. This position requires exceptional communication skills, understanding of how to help athletes and parents establish seasonal goals, and the ability design strategies to attain them.
