Job Title: Ski & Snowboard School Night Lesson Supervisor

Wage Range: $17.19 to $21.01 DOE; starting wage is 90% to 110% of NSAA annual wage survey data

Job Description:

This position will supervise our Evening Lesson operations which include Adult Group Lessons, Youth Group Lessons, some multi-week program lessons as well as coordination with the Chill Foundation and other groups that come for lessons at night. This person will also be detail oriented and able to make instructor lesson pre-assignments based on roster and lesson demand ahead of time, as well as coordinate with other MLC supervisors to insure adequate staffing levels based on demand in the moment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with adults and youth in a dynamic environment with clear communications between MLC and the Night Operations Manager. The ideal candidate must also be confident in their skiing/riding technical and teaching abilities to be able to assess instructor skills and make the right lesson assignments based on guest needs.

Our school has a staff of 80+ full time instructors and 300+ part time instructors with both day and night lesson operations.
