Overview: The Snowsports School Manager oversees the operational aspects of the Snowsports School during the winter season. This role includes managing staffing and inventory as well as assigning duties to instructors and supervisors. The manager is instrumental in recruiting and developing training programs for new and returning instructors.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director, managers, and supervisors on:
Strategic planning, programming, staff recruitment, and product development
Ensure quality control, staff satisfaction, and assign coverage zones to supervisors
Monitor and update lesson inventory and instructor availability
Daily operations of Snowsports school and the Call Center
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
Level 1 or higher PSIA-AASI certification
Children’s Specialist 1 preferred
1-3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
High School Diploma
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excell and the ability to learn all other software utilized by the Snowsports School
