The Ski & Ride School Training Supervisor plays a pivotal role in elevating the instructional quality and professional development of the Ski & Ride School team. This leadership position is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs for ski and snowboard instructors, with a focus on safety, people skills, teaching skills and ski/ride skills.

Working closely with the management team, the Training Supervisor ensures that all training initiatives align with PSIA/AASI standards and support the school’s mission of providing world-class instruction. This role oversees a team of 10 to 15 trainers and is directly responsible for the planning and execution of new hire training, weekly clinics, certification preparation training, and ongoing staff development.
