Location: Lakewood (Denver Metro), CO. This is an in-office position.
Pay: $20/hour

The Professional Ski Instructors of America and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (PSIA-AASI) is the national association representing over 34,000 ski and snowboard instructors. We help people turn their passion for snowsports into lifelong learning experiences through professional education, certification, and community.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team for the winter season. In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our members—helping them with everything from membership renewals and event registration to general questions about PSIA-AASI programs and resources.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service by phone and email.
• Update member records and process payments accurately.
• Assist with event registrations, transfers, and cancellations.
• Support members with online tools and learning platforms.
• Help with mailings, product orders, and general office support.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service or admin experience (association or nonprofit a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
