Indoor Ski & Snowboard Ski/Snowboard School Director
Location: Brand New Indoor facility in Loveland, CO
Terms: Full Time
Salary/rate: $25-30/hr depending on experience, +benefits package
Requirements: Will require evening and weekend availability
About us:
Infinity Slopes is a brand-new Indoor Ski and Snowboard Training Facility coming to Loveland, CO early spring 2023. We will have three ski machines, that operate like a giant treadmill where we will provide ski and snowboard lessons and training to people of all ages and all levels.
About the role: This position will be the head ski/snowboard instructor.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a safe, positive, and fun environment for all clients
- Teach skiing/snowboarding to groups and individuals
- Training and management of instructor staff and instructional programming
- Management and oversight of all ski/snowboard programs
- Perform all other duties assigned or identified as a need.
Candidate requirements:
- A minimum of Level II certified member of the PSIA-ASSI in good standing. Level III preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive technical knowledge of ski and snowboard technique
- Prior customer service and management experience
- Prior experience with children
Experience with ski tuning, boot modification, and related equipment
