Children’s Snowsports Supervisor

Cannon Mountain Snowsports is looking for an enthusiastic Children’s Snowsports Supervisor. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and development of young skiers and snowboarders, as well as supervising a team of instructors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a strong background in snowsports, and excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of children’s snowsports instructors, ensuring high standards of teaching, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure instructors are delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that cater to a wide range of skill levels.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed, following company protocols.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback from clients promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of programs, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 or higher
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and approachable.
• Passionate about working with children and fostering a love for snowsports.
• GED or equivalent
