Course Description:

Join Dr. Marjorie King for this four-part webinar series designed to help you analyze and assess strengths and deficits in your habitual movement patterns. As we move through life, our bodies hardwire patterns of movement of varying degrees of efficiency which we take with us to the slopes, office, trails, pool, and everywhere else we go. Dr. King will discuss ways to assess flexibility, mobility, alignment, and core stability, providing options to develop these for increased efficiency of movement and athletic performance on and off the slopes. Grab some comfortable shoes and a pen and pad and begin your 2024-25 winter season fitness plan with a focus targeted at your needs and goals.

NOTE: This webinar is part of a hybrid course-webinar series that includes an e-learning course with pre-work and course work that accompanies the live sessions. In order to receive full credit (6 CEUS), you will need to complete all required course work AND attend all live sessions.
