The Central Connection: Teaching Edition

Great teaching looks different in the Midwest.

In a region where great instructors learn to do more with less terrain, less vertical, and limitless creativity, teaching excellence becomes our greatest advantage. From short runs and varied snow conditions to diverse student populations and fast-paced lesson environments, Central Region instructors have developed a unique ability to create meaningful learning experiences in every setting.

This clinic explores the skills, tactics, and teaching concepts that help great instructors connect with students, inspire learning, and maximize success on our terrain. Through guided discussions, collaborative activities, and on-snow application, participants will examine how effective teaching goes beyond technical knowledge. Explore strategies for communication, lesson design, student engagement, and adapting your approach to meet the needs of today's learners.

Join fellow Central Region instructors as we share ideas, challenge assumptions, and celebrate the creativity, adaptability, and passion that define teaching in the Midwest. Whether you're looking to refresh your teaching toolbox, gain new perspectives, or strengthen your ability to create impactful learning experiences, this clinic will help you build stronger connections with your students--and with the teaching community around you.

The On-Snow Event will be held from 9:00 AM (CT) - 4:00 PM (CT).
