Course Description (CEN-Alpine Level 3 Technical Exam ON SNOW):

This exam is one (1) day on-snow. Participants will be assessed based on the 2021 PSIA National Standards.

Prerequisites

• Alpine Level II Certification & Current PSIA-AASI Member
• Alpine Level III Professional Knowledge Exam (Online)
• Alpine Level III Tech. M.A Module
• Review the Certification Pathway Guide
• Review the Alpine Level III Exam Description
• Review the National Standards, Performance Guides & Assessment Forms
• Review the Alpine Education Resources

Ski and Teach Modules may be taken in any order and repeated, if necessary; both must be passed for full Certification. (If you pass only one module, you do not need to retake it in future attempts.)

Candidates who are successful at their Teach Exam Module retain the modular pass so long as they remain current in dues and education.

Additional Event Details:
*All participants must successfully complete the Alpine Level III Professional Knowledge Exam and the Alpine Level III Tech/M.A. Virtual Module before attending the On-Snow Exam (or be registered for the on-snow Tech/M.A. portion on Friday, March 6th). 

Meeting Location & Lift Ticket Information will be sent out by the Event Coordinator, via email, no less than 48 hours ahead of the event start time.
