Prerequisites: Open to all members and non-members
Course Description:
Whether you're just getting introduced to the park or are a seasoned veteran, this is a great course to ramp up your skills. Park, Pipe, Rails, or Flatland tricks, this course will help you take your riding and teaching to that next level.
Learning Experiences:
Specific activities will vary depending on the group and environmental conditions; however, they will typically include:
• Review proper safety and etiquette in the park environment
• Use freestyle building blocks to improve individual performance
• Identify and implement elements of movement analysis as they relate to observation, evaluation and prescription.
• Understand cause and effect relationships between body movement and snowboard performance.
• Receive individual specific feedback
