Course Description:

Online Zoom Session (1.5 hours)

Most intermediates tend to fall to the inside at the top and/or bottom of the turn, whereas advanced skiers maintain their position on the outside ski throughout the entire shaping phase. In this session, we will learn to identify when someone is falling to the inside and understand the benefits of keeping the center of mass (COM) on the outside ski.
